OCD Treatment: One Size Does Not Fit All

I always love writing for the International OCD Foundation blog because it makes me feel connected to the wider OCD community. Last week they posted my latest about following your own path to recovery and not relying on just one piece of advice or person to guide you.

What do you think? Have you found any benefit to getting advice from a range of resources?

About Alison Dotson

I am the author of Being Me with OCD: How I Learned to Obsess Less and Live My Life, a nonfiction book for teens and young adults with OCD. Part memoir, part self-help guide, Being Me with OCD lets readers know they're not alone in their struggle to get better--and that there is hope.

  1. Hi Alison. Yes getting advice and hearing others stories has been extremely helpful. I learn what helped others and how similar other people’s situations or, anxieties are. There is no one size fits all treatment but, we learn and can empathize with people with what they go through. Thank you for that.
